All production plans use the same SCIM 2.0 endpoints, tenant-scoped audit history, and security posture. A formal uptime SLA is available on Enterprise only; lower tiers do not include a formal SLA. What is a SCIM connection?
One production SCIM integration between your workspace and a single identity provider. A SCIM connection is not a user — one connection provisions and syncs many users.
Is the Developer plan free?
Yes — Developer is free for evaluation and testing only. It has no production SLA and no production guarantee; use it to validate SCIM in a sandbox before moving to a production plan.
How does setup and billing work?
Production plans include a one-time setup fee (Starter from €299, Growth from €499, Scale from €999) covering onboarding and connector configuration. Contact sales to get started — we do not charge cards automatically.
Are plan limits enforced?
Your connector limit is enforced — the portal blocks creating more connectors than your plan allows. Your provisioned-user count is shown in your portal so you can track usage; we'll help you move to a larger plan as you grow.
Can I upgrade or add production connections?
Yes — contact sales and we'll help you move to the right plan or add production SCIM connections (Growth €79/month each, Scale €59/month each).
Which identity providers are supported?
LabsNinja exposes SCIM 2.0 endpoints and is designed for Okta and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) provisioning workflows. Other SCIM-capable IdPs may work but are not all formally tested — see the
capability matrix on the features page for the current scope.
