This page lists the subprocessors LabsNinja currently engages, or expects to engage, to deliver the LabsNinja SCIM Connector service (the “Service”). The list is maintained for transparency and will be kept up to date as the Service evolves.

2. Hosting
To be confirmed before production launch. The hosting provider name and primary region will be published here once finalised. The Service is currently being prepared for an enterprise-ready deployment, and the precise infrastructure provider will be confirmed in writing before general availability.
3. Error monitoring and observability
To be confirmed before production launch. No third-party error-monitoring vendor (such as Sentry or Datadog) is currently configured. If one is added, this page will be updated and customers will be given reasonable notice.
4. Payment processing
To be confirmed before production launch. Billing is not yet enabled for the Service. When paid plans are introduced, the payment processor will be listed here together with the data categories shared with that processor.
5. Notice of changes
Where required by the Data Processing Addendum or applicable law, LabsNinja will give the customer reasonable notice of new subprocessors and a meaningful opportunity to object before the new subprocessor is engaged for the processing of that customer’s data.
