This Cookie Policy explains what cookies the LabsNinja SCIM Connector service uses, and why. It is designed with GDPR principles in mind.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site’s operators.

2. The cookies we use today

The Service currently uses strictly necessary cookies only. These are required for the Service to function and are exempt from consent under applicable law.

CookiePurposeTypeDuration
customer_session Authenticates the signed-in customer in the self-service portal. Strictly necessary Session (up to 24 hours)
admin_ui_session Authenticates the signed-in operator in the admin console. Strictly necessary Session (configurable, default 12 hours)
CSRF / anti-forgery state Protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary Session

3. Cookies we do not use

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not embed third-party social media or marketing scripts on the website or the portal.

4. If this changes

If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future (for example, product analytics or marketing measurement), we will obtain consent before loading them and will update this page accordingly. A consent banner is not present today because no non-essential cookies are in use.

5. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings (clearing existing cookies, blocking new ones, or being notified before one is set). Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will prevent you from signing in to the portal or admin console.
